execute_connect_gooddollar_identityConnect a secondary wallet to the whitelisted GoodDollar IdentityV4 root so it inherits humanness. The MCP signer (CELO_PRIVATE_KEY) must be the verified whitelisted root; pass the wallet to link as connected_account. If already verified on wallet A and MCP signer is wallet B, switch CELO_PRIVATE_KEY to wallet A and connect B.
